Our polyethylene plastic seats feature hollow, one piece seamless construction with molded-in colors that won't fade, peel, or scratch off. These seats have excellent high and low temperature impact and will not corrode or rust. They can be frozen, hit with a hammer, and will not break. The double-walled construction of the seats delivers a comfortable, impact-absorbing ride. The cross-linking process provides maximum strength and minimum weight with sufficient elasticity to resist shock and vibration damage. Each seat has molded-in 5/16"-18 threaded inserts which withstand a pullout force of 1600 lbs. each. A Contour-Fit cover is made for each model.

Cross-linking: The basic material used in our products is polyethylene plastic with a heat activated catalyst, endothermic pyrolytic peroxide, which produces a three-dimensional irreversible grain structure called cross-linking. This process is similar to the addition of alloying elements to pig iron, which produces steel with superior physical properties. For example, when carbon goes into a solution with iron, it creates diagonal braces in the three dimensional grain structure of iron, thereby producing a harder steel.

Contour-Fit is an attractive, comfortable seat cover carefully designed and styled for each seat model. Made from heavy-duty leather-grained vinyl, each cover is dielectrically pleated for strength, durability, and long-wear. A one-inch foam pad is sewn into each cover for maximum comfort. Two snaps make installation fast and trouble free.
